Pronounced (hat-sull), this national award-winning Heritage Village provides the perfect opportunity to learn and experience the spiritual, cultural and traditional ways of life of the Xatśūll First Nations.

Located one hour south of Quesnel, the heritage village offers regularly scheduled tours in addition to a variety of educational and recreational activities each day. Some of these activities include crafting medicine pouches, beading, sweat lodge ceremonies and more!

The village sits on the banks of the Fraser River, on a completely natural landscape full of a diverse array of plants and wildlife. You'll also have the opportunity to spend time visiting the Xatśūll Elders, listening to stories that have been passed down from generation to generation.

Xat'sull Heritage Village offers authentic accommodation in a teepee or pit house, and they provide traditional meals if you book in advance. For convenience of guests, modern washrooms and shower are provided on site.
