Official Rules
1. Contest Overview
To celebrate and support our amazing local businesses, we’re giving away gift cards to 7 randomly selected businesses! Each Friday leading up to Christmas, we’ll spotlight one business on our official Facebook page.
2. How to Enter
Each Friday, a new post will feature a local business and a prompt (e.g., “What’s your favorite menu item at ______?”).
To enter, comment directly on the post with a response to the prompt.
Only one entry per person per post is allowed.
Comments must be relevant to the prompt. Unrelated comments will be deleted and disqualified.
3. Contest Period
Each weekly contest opens on Friday at 9:00 AM and closes on Sunday at 11:59 PM.
Entries submitted outside this time frame will not be considered.
4. Winner Selection
One winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries.
The winner will be announced on the following Monday via a comment on the original post and/or a separate announcement post.
Winners will be contacted via Facebook Messenger. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
5. Prizes
Each winner will receive a $100 gift card to the featured business of that week.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All prizes must be claimed by January 30, 2026. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
6. Eligibility
Open to residents aged 18 and older.
Employees of the contest organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
No purchase necessary to enter or win.
7. Additional Rules
By entering, participants agree to allow the contest organizer to use their name and comment for promotional purposes.
The contest organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time for any reason.
The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
The organizer is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or delays in communication.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and awarding prizes.
