Beavermouth Rec Site is a popular place for locals with campsites along both Beavermouth Creek and Quesnel River, trails for ATVing and hiking. A 20-30 minute hike up the creek will bring you to a great view of the waterfalls.
Due to road washouts, an alternative route is available. Turn onto French Road off of Highway 97 S. Follow French Road until it meets Quesnel-Hydraulic Road. Turn right onto Quesnel-Hydraulic Road and follow until you reach Beavermouth Rec Site just before the bridge over Beavermouth Creek. Vehicles such as pickup trucks and SUVs with more clearance are recommended.
